1. Acceptance

By using Dawa360, you agree to these terms. If you are using Dawa360 on behalf of a clinic or hospital, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

Dawa360 provides a healthcare management platform including patient records, scheduling, clinical workflows, lab/pharmacy management, billing, and telehealth video consultations. Services are provided based on your subscription plan.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must protect their login credentials. Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of clinical data entered. Dawa360 is a tool for healthcare providers, not a replacement for professional medical judgment.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension. Platform administrators manage plan assignments and payment tracking.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dawa360 is provided as-is. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform. Service availability is subject to our uptime commitments per your plan.
